Administrator of Samoa SAILS ON MAUI POMARE (Received April 6. 8.45 p.m.) Apia, April 5. Among the passengers on board the Maui Pomare, which left Apia for New Zealand to-day, are the Administrator, Brigadier-General 11. E. Hart, who is accompanied by Captain Fairbrother, A.D.C., and Mrs. Fairbrother. The Administrator will be away from the territory till the end of May. During his absence Mr. A. C. Turnbull, secretary to the Administrator, will be Acting Administrator.
