The announcement is made that Charles Laughton, one of the finest character artists on stage and screen, lias been signed to portray Louis XVI in the forthcoming spectacular production, “Marie Antoinette, from Zweig’s book, which will star Nonna Shearer under the personal supervision of Irving G. Thaiberg. I], is planned to begin filming “Marie Antoinette” just as soon as Norma Shearer completes “Rip Tide,” which is now in production.
