Victoria College Team for Tournament The following team has been chosen (o represent Victoria University College in the swimming events at the University tournament at Christchurch during Easter: —Women's 50yds. freestyle. Misses N. M. Webber and M. C. Uefford; women’s 100yds. free-style. Miss N. M. Webber; women’s 100ydi. breaststroke, Miss N. M. Webber; men’s 100yds. free-style, M. .1. Mason and 11. E. 11. Longworth; men's 22<)yd*. freg-style. M. .1. Mason and 11. E. 11. Longworth; men's -140yds. free-style. M. .1. Mason; men's 220yds. breaststroke, C. I. W. Archibald and C. I. Carlyon; 220yds. relay. Miss N. M. Webber, Miss .M. C. Uefford. M. .1. Mason and 11. E. 11. Longworth. An endeavour was made by Victoria College to arrange an inter-college water polo match, as was done at Auckland last year, but this could not he arranged. It is, however, intendel to play a North Island v. South Island University game. Mr. J. G. Oliver has been appointed manager of the tournament, swimming team.
