J. Lancaster said that the date of the Auckland show had been ad'mnced 14 days, and the whole show circuit of the southern portion of t.ie North Island had been upset. Mr. Morton said that the present arrangement was not satisfactory. Associations were put to great expense in the provision of additional accommodation for the extra stock entries. Palmerston North and Christchurch both had the facilities required for the show, and these two cities shou.d be permanently adopted as the alternate locations of Royal Shows. The committee decided to send a remit on these lines to the Royal Ag'J" cultural Society and the North Island conference of A. and P. associations
