In 1915 hep war service took her to Salonika!, where she remained for two years in! charge of 120 beds in a military hospital. She later joined his Majestyjs ambulance transport Gloucester CJastle, and for 15 months was sister, a kid for ten months matron on that shin, leaving it on account of the demobili ration of the British Forces then taking place. In 1921 she was appoint&B to the nursing staff of the Northcot h Private Hospital, Palmerston Noitth. as a sister. She transferred from there after twelve months to Dannek’irke Hospital, where she served asi' sub-matron and home sister. Subsequently she occupied similar positions ait Cook Hospital, Gisborne, and then was matron at Tauranga. She was Appointed to Belverdale, Wanganui, twto years ago.
