Britain will be represented at the opening by the President of the Board of Trade. Mr. Walter Rttnelman. Colonel Colville, of the Department of Overseas Trade, and by officials of the Government departments directly concerned. The French delegation is headed by the Minister of Commerce. M. Lamoureux.
