SETTLEMENT REACHED
Disputed Legacy Claim By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, March 14. A settlement out of Court has been reached in the disputed legacy claim partly heard in the Supreme Court bn Monday, in which the plaintiffs, William Alfred Turner and his wife, claimed fi’om the estate of the lat 6 James McVicar, formerly Of Christchurch and Greyrooutb, £637 for their services and expenditure. The defeudants were the Public Trustee, and Elizabeth Mclntosh, of Dunedin.
