Chinese Government’s Care For British Lives APPRECIATION VOICED (British Official Wireless.) (Received January 30, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, January 29. Replying to a question regarding recent events in China, Sir John Simon referred to the successful conclusion of the action taken by the Chinese National Government against the insurrectionary regime set 'up in Fukien, and expressed appreciation of the friendly way the Chinese Government had received the representations of British representatives in China as to the probaction of British lives and property during the operations.
