Airman Hurrying to See Dying Wife (Received December 15, 7 p.m.) London, December 15. Wreckage washed ashore at Dungeness Is associated with the disappearance of an airman who started a flight to Paris to see his dying wife at the week-end. The wood is badly splintered, suggesting that he crashed into the sea with great force. SEIZURE FROM COLD Army Flyer Crashes' (Received December 15, 7 p.m.) Brussels, December 15. A non-commissioned officer piloting a military plane at a height of 14,000 feet and in intense cold, had a seizure, crashed, and was killed.
