Dangerous Driving Charge

Dunedin, December 15.
Arising out of an incident when bls employer’s car was driven over a bank and destroyed, Kenneth Morrison, aged 21, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for dangerous driving. Evidence was given that the accused took the car without permission to go to a dance, despite the fact that under the terms of his probation he was forbidden from attending dances. Seven people were packed in the car, which was driven at 45 miles an hour.
