Frosty Weather Conditions (British Offlclal.Wireless.) Rugby, December 11. Frosty weather continues throughout the country over the week-end, with sunshine in England and Wales and some snow in the north. The first skating of the year was enjoyed round London on Hampstead Heath, Wimbledon Common, and Windsor Park. The river Thames was completely frozen over for a distance of half a mile from Molesly Lock to Thames Ditton and also at Kingston. The fine weather Is expected to continue.
