WEDDING

Crawford—Hemingway The Rev. W. N. Walton, of St. George’s Church, Patea, officiated at the wedding of Winifred Evelyn, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Hemingway, “Beaconsfield,” Patea, to Raymond Stuart, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Crawford. Hamlet Street, Stratford. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a costume of powderjblue corduroy velvet, with grey hat, shoes and belt; arid blouse of ivory crepe-de-chine and late. She carried a spray of delphiniums, cream roses and tree tulips. Her sister, Miss Freda Hemingway, aetpd as bridesmaid, wearing lemon floral organdie with hat and shoes to toue, and carrying a posy of lemon roses and autumn-tinted flowers. Mr. Charles Crawford, of New Plymouth, was best man. 'After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the' home of Mr. and Mrs. Hemingway.
