Parcel mail closes 8 a.m. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially addressed “per Tuscan Star”; also Central America, British, French and Dutch Guiana, Venezuela, Republic of Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, via Cristobal, per Tuscan Star, 1 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee 2 p.m. Parcel mail closes at 11 a.m. Mails reach London approximately January 3.
