English and Australian To-day Mails will close at Chief Post Office, Wellington (Cl), and between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Te Aro (C2), and Wellington East (C 3 Post Offices as under, except late fee. Packet and newspaper mail closes half an hour before the time of closing ordinary letter-mails:— SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2. Australian States via Melbourne, per Golden Coast, 9 a.m.; C.P.O. late fee 10 a m. Parcel mail closes 8 a.m. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially addressed “per Tuscan Star”; also Central America, British, French and Dutch Guiana, Venezuela, Republic of Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, via Cristobal, per Tuscan Star, 1 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee 2 p.m. Parcel mail closes at 11 a.m. Mails reach London approximately January 3. MONDAY, DECEMBER 4. Chatham Islands, per Tees from Lyttelton (Rangatira), 6 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee 6.45 p.m. TUESDAY. DECEMBER 5.
