TELEPHONE CHARGES
Concession in Australia Canberra, November 30. Concessions to telephone subscribers, representing a loss in revenue of more than £40,000 annually, were announced by the Postmaster-General, Mr. R. A. Parkhill, in the House of Representatives. He also announced that free wireless licenses would be available for all blind persons over sixteen.
