TENNIS MATCH
Marsden and Nga Tawa Schools The annual tennis match between the Nga Tawa and Marsden Schools was played on the Marsden courts on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. The cup. presented by Mrs. Shirtcliffe. was retained by Marsden. There were a number of interested onlookers, among whom were Mrs. George Shirtcliffe, Mrs. P. Marshall, Mrs. Hawken (Hawera), Mrs. Wallis, Mrs. G. Tolhurst, Mrs. Shand, Mrs. E. Riddiford (Masterton), Mrs. Wheeler, Mrs. V. R. Guun, Misses M. Mae Lean, V. Richardson, R. Clere. M. Peacock, J. and N. Wheeler, J. Nathan, M. Paterson,. R. Townley.
