Australian Team for Test London, November 6. Australia’s team for the second League football Test match with England is:—Smith, Gardner, C. Pearce, Brown, Ridley, Hey, Thlcknesse, Madsen (captain), Folwell. Curran, Stehr. Doyle, Gibbs, S. Pearce, O’Connor, and Prigg. (Three forwards to be omitted.) GAME IN NEW ZEALAND Sydney, November 7. At a meeting of the New South Wales Rugby League, Mr. Cann suggested a round-table conference between the management committee and Mr. Mostyn, manager of the St. George team, just returned from New Zealand, regarding a visit from a New Zealand team or for a home team to visit the Dominion. Mr. Cann said he felt that New Zealand had been neglected, and Mr. Mostyn maintained that it would not be long before the whole of the North Island would be consolidated into Rugby League. YORKSHIRE CUP London, November 6. At League in the Yorkshire Cup semi-final, York beat Halifax 7-5.
