United States Note to Greece TREATY DENOUNCED By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received November 5, 7 p.m.) Washington, November 4. The United States to-day peremptorily denounced its extradition treaty with Greece following the latter’s failure to allow the extradition of Samuel Insull. A Note accompanying the denunciation is understood to have been couched in sharp language, reflecting the dissatisfaction of the American Government with the proceedings in tin) case at Athens. Mr. Insull is “wanted” by the United States authorities in connection with the financial affairs of the Insull companies, which got into difficulties last year.
