HEALTH STAMPS
First Issue on Wednesday First supplies of the stamps which are issued each year for the purpose of raising funds for children’s health ctimps are expected to become available to the public at post offices on Wednesday. Considerable technical difficulty has been met with in the course of their production, and it is for this reason that they are being issued this year somewhat later than usual A new design has been adopted of an attractive character. The subject of it is understood to be a rising sun with a figure walking along a pathway toward it.
