Packet and newspaper mail closes half sb hour before the time of closing ordinary letter-mails:— MONDAY. NOVEMBER 6. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially addressed “per Tamaroa”; also Central America, British, French and Dutch Guiana, Venezuela, Republic of Colombia. Peru and Ecuador via Cristobal per Tamaroa from Auckland, 1.30 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee 6 p.m.; at Thorndon station 7 p.m. Mails reach London approximately Dec. 12. TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7. Apia. Pago Pago and Niue Island, per Maui Pomare, 2 p.m;; C.P.O. late fee 3 p.m. Parcel mall closes -1 p.m. THURSDAY. MONDAY 9. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially ■ addressed “per ■Kia Ora,” also All States of South America via Montevideo, per Kia Ora from Auckland, 1.30 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee 6 p.m. Parcel mail closes Wednesday. 4 p.m. Mails reach London approximately Dec. 23. INCOMING OVERSEAS MAILS. (Arrival times approximate only.) November 9.—M.V. Wanganella, from Sydney, via Auckland: Australian mail. November 9.—SIS. Akaroa. from London via Auckland; English mail for New Zealand: 725 bags. November 13.—R.M.S. Makura, from San Francisco: English and American mail.
