Auckland Company Meeting Dominion Special Service. Auckland, November 3. After providing £1643 for depreciation, and £2060 for income tax, the accounts'of the Union Oil, Soap and Candle Company, Limited, for the year ended September 30, show a net profit of £4676, a reduction of £1164 on last year’s amount. With £1463 brought into the accounts, there was £6139 available. Out Of this the annual meeting of shareholders’ has approved a final dividend of 9d a share, maklrg, with an Interim dividend of 6d a share previously paid, 1/3 for the year. The year’s dividend requires £4668, leaving £1451 to be carried forward to next year’s accounts. Last year the company paid a dividend of 1/6 a share.
