LONE VOYAGER
Cruise in Eight-ton Yacht (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, October 31. Group-Captain Rees arrived at Nassau, Bahamas, after sailing alone in his eight-ton yacht from Falmouth, via the Azores. The voyage from the Azores took sixty-four days' Captain Rees won the Victoria Cross during <the war by attacking singlehanded ten enemy aeroplanes, bringing down two and continuing the fight, although severely wounded, until the other eight were scattered.
