Winton at Auckland Running under charter' to the A. and A. Line, the steamer Winton reached Auckland yesterday from New York, Norfolk and Gulf of Mexico ports. Line, have received cabled advice that the motor-ship Brisbane Maru, en mute from Japan, left Risdon on Wednesday for Wellington. She is due here on Sunday, for discharging and loading, and will leave again on Monday for Auckland,’ thence to Sydney, Brisbane and Japan. THE CANADIAN HIGHLANDER. Canadian National Steamships have received cabled advice that the Canadian Highlander left Montreal on October 22. for Australia, Dunedin and Lyttelton. She is due at Dunedin on December 18, and is to clear Lyttelton on December 23 for New York, Boston and Halifax. KIA ORA IN PORT. To continue her homeward loading the Shaw, Savill steamer Kia Ora is due at Wellington this morning from Lyttelton, . and will berth at the Glasgow Wharf. She is to leave here again to-morrow for Auckland to fill up, and is now scheduled to clear that port finally on November 10 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow via Cape Horn. RUAHINE LEAVES COLON. The New Zealand Shipping Company haa received cabled advice that its liner Ruahine, which left Auckland on October for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow via the Panama Canal, cleared Colon last Monday. TAMAROA COMPLETING. The Shaw, Savill liner Tamaroa Is dim at Auckland early this morning from Giaborne to complete her Homeward loading. She is scheduled to clear the northern port finally at daybreak on November 8 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal. ; NIAGARA AT VANCOUVER!. The C. and A. liner Niagara from Sydney and Auckland via Suva and Honolulu is due at Vancouver this morning. Line’s new motor-ship Port Chalmers, which was launched early last month, is scheduled to leave London •on January 9 for Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart and Launceston on her maiden voyage. , THE ABEL TASMA'N. . The intercolonial steamer Abel Tasman, with hardwood for discharge at Auckland and Wellington, reached Auckland yesterday morning from Newcastle. She is due at Wellington next Monday to complete discharge. Holm and Co. are the local agents. The Abel Tasman was formerly the Norwegian steamer Nord and was purchased recently by H. C. Sleigh, Limited, Sydney, for use in the intercolonial cargo trade. • MONTEREY AT AUCKLAND. The Oceanic Company’s liner Monterey from San Francisco and Los Angelou, via Honolulu. Pago Pago and Suva, is due at Auckland this morning. She will leave there again later to-day for Sydney and Melbourne.
