TO-DAY’S WEATHER FORECAST,
Meteorological Office, Wellington, Wednesday, November 1, 1933, at 4 p.m. A rather intense anti-cyclone covers the southern Tasman Sea and the New Zealandl area, whilea slight cyclone appears to be moving over the northern northerly to easterly winds north of' Farewell Spit and Akaroa; elsewhere moderate northerly to north-westerly wmds prevail mg. Seas rough north of East Cape and increasing thence southward to Cook Strait, elsewhere smooth to moderate in New Zealand waters. Tnsman Sea Fresh to strong east winds in the northern portion of the eastern Tasman Bea, with rather rough seas; moderate north to north-west winds in the southern from Nelson and Marlborough northward, with rain in places andsome heavy falls in the Auckland province > mainly fair, but some scattered showers about Foveaux Strait- Mild temperatures.
