Palmerston Branch Officers Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, November 1. The annual meeting of the British and Foreign Bible Society (Palmerston North branch) was held in the Baptist Church. The election of officers for the incoming year resulted :—President, Rev. C. S. Matthews (re-elected); vice-presidents, ministers of the city and- the Salvation Army commandant; secretary, Mr. A. Wylie (re-elected); treasurer, Mr. J. T. Burrell (re-elected) ; committee, Mesdames M. Aitchison. J. M. Rose, J. T. Burrell, Ram, A. Wylie, Eglinton, C. East. Gillanders, A. N. Scotter, H. Whitehead, T. R. Moore, Pritchard, L.
