Britain’s War Debt to America ACCEPTANCE PROBABLE By Telegraph.— Frees Assn.—Copyright (Received October 31, 10.15 p.m.). Loudon, October 31. The “Daily Express” lobbyist says hope of an Anglo-American war debts igreement this year has definitely been abandoned. A token payment of something l|ke two millions will be made op December 15 toward the instalment of nineteen millions then due. The question of ultimate revision will be kept open. • It is believed the United States will accept a token payment in December.
