Excellent Clearances at Brisbane Sale DEMAND VERY STRONG (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.! (Received October 17. H. 5 p.m.) Brisbane, October 17. At the wool sales here to-day, 11,072 pales were offered. The selection was rather above the average. There was a very ' strong market, with the Continent and Bradford the principal buyers. Excellent clearances were effected. The market was distinctly in sellers favour. Top prices were: Greasy merino, 20Jd.; scoured, 30d.
