Dore, who died at Wellington on October 2, provides that after payment of certain legacies, the residue of the estate is to bo divided equally between the Home of Compassion, Island Bay, and the Roman Catholic parish in which Ngaio is situated. It is anticipated that the residue will eventually approximate the sum of £l5O. The will by Emmeline Eugenia Gibb, who died on September 16, provides for a charitable bequest of £2O to the Wellington Hospital Board, to be applied to the radium fund of the board.
