Death in Canada LAST LEAGUE DELEGATE (Received October 16, 8.35 p.m.) Victoria (British Columbia), October 15. Dr. Inazo Nitobe, Japan’s last representative to the League of Nations, and a delegate to the Institute of Pacific Relations Conference at Banff, died tonight, at the age of 71. His death followed a month’s illness from complications following pneumonia.
