Battle of Passchendacle In.commemoration of the second phase of the Battle of Passchendacle, the sixteenth anniversary of which falls to-day. Miss Gladys Watkins will give a, recital on the National War Memorial Carillon. The Sunshine of Your Smile” (Ray) ; Scenes that are Brightest,” from Montana (Wallace); "The Garland of Flowers ; the bell “Passchendacle” (sounded eight times) ; the National Anthem.
