CARILLON RECITAL
Battle of Passchendacle In.commemoration of the second phase of the Battle of Passchendacle, the sixteenth anniversary of which falls to-day. Miss Gladys Watkins will give a, recital on the National War Memorial Carillon. The recital will begin at 4 p.m., and the programme will be as follows: Canterbury Cathedral chimes; ‘’Hearts of Oak ‘■Tom Bowling”: "To a Miniature (Brahe); “Poi Waka” (poi canoe song); "Bells of St. Mary’s” ; . The Sunshine of Your Smile” (Ray) ; Scenes that are Brightest,” from Montana (Wallace); "The Garland of Flowers ; the bell “Passchendacle” (sounded eight times) ; the National Anthem.
