Manios to Tackle Walker
.Like ninepins the visiting American wrestlers fall before the onslaughts of the British Empire champion, George AValker. The remaining and only wrestler still to taste defeat is Harry Manios, the ouly unbeaten grappler of the visiting team.
Alamos had booked his passage to Australia. leaving Rnmberg to hold the challengers’ flag up, but the result of the sensational clash between AValker and Rumberg in the Show Stadium last Monday forced Alamos to cancel his passage.
Can Alamos pin Walker? That is the question the visitors finally fall back io. Walker has met defeat: Alamos has not. Even Rnmberg, with his two-sltone advantage, could only draw with Alamos, Robin also could only draw with Alamos.
