TWO MEN REMANDED

Palmerston Police Court Palmerston North, September 14, Charged with breaking the terms of his release on probation, Neville Henry Tillett, labourer, aged 19 years, appeared before justices of the peace iu the Police Court thia morning. On the application of Senior-Sergeant Whitehouse, accused was remanded until to-morrow. Phillip James Hora, labourer, aged 34 year®, was charged with being found in an enclosed area, the Palmerston North Police Station, without lawful excuse, but In circumstances that did not disclose the commission or Intention to commit a crime. A remand until to-morrow was granted in thia caws also.
