SAILORS’ SOCIETY
An enjoyable evening was given at the rooms of the British Sailors’ Society by Aliss Hazel Alartin’s pupils. There was a large audience of men from the ships in port, who thoroughly enjoyed every item. At the conclusion of the concert a vote of thanks was proposed by the secretary and carried with acclamation, after which supper was served by the workers.
