The Tea is being placed in a wonderful machine —the very latest of its kind—that sieves and cuts the leaf evenly and also extracts the harmful Tannin Dust (found in all teas). The photo also shows the large Tannin Dust Box which has a window placed in front so that the actual removal of the Tannin Dust can be observed as it passes into pipes for conveyance from the Factory.
