Road Service from Wanganui By Telegraph.—Press Associatioii. Foxton, August 26. At last night’s meeting of the Foxton Chamber of Commerce a resolution was carried protesting to the Minister of Transport against the decision of the Transport Appeal Board restricting the road passenger service between nui and Wellington, on the ground that the main highway between Turakina and Levin is too distant from the railway and the curtailment is against the public interest.
