WEEK-END WEATHER
Mild Conditions in Wellington Fine, warm weather was experienced in Wellington on Saturday, the after--noon being sunny, with a light air from the south. In the evening rain began to fall, and a wet night was followed by an unsettled morning. Later the sky cleared, and Sunday evening was fine and mild. • Fine weather and a moderate northeast wind was experienced in Auckland during the week-end, but conditions were cloudy and unsettled occasionally, a thunderstorm and heavy hall being experienced for a short period this afternoon. The weather in Christchurch during the week-end has been generally fine but overcast, with occasional gleams of sunshine, and an easterly breeze. In Dunedin the fall of rain that set in on Friday continued until about 9 a.m. on Saturday, and since that tiine conditions have been very mild, with a light south-westerly wind. Yesterday was warm, with a good deal of sunshine.
