Allegiance Offer to Manchukuo (Received August 2, 7.15 p.m.) Tokio, August 1. General Tangu Ling, the former Governor of Jehol, formally offers allegiance to Manchukuo. together with his army. The Government is investigating bis affiliations with General Feng-yu Hsiang before admitting him.
