Efforts to Secure Release
Official Wireless. Rugby, July 14. The British Vice-Consul at Mukden, Mr. Clarke, has now received information that the three British members of the crew of the steamer Nanchang were still in the hands of brigands. Efforts by local authorities to secure their release are. reported to be continuing.
