“A Wonderful Performance” "I am sure we were all delighted when we opened the paper this morning and read of the wonderful performance put up by J. E. Lovelock,” said Mr. 11. Amos at the annual meeting last evening of the New Zealand Olyrapjc and British Empire Games Associa tion. It was decided to send a cablegram to the New Zealander congratulating him upon breaking the world’s record for a one-mile run.
