Child Washed Off Rocks By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, June 12. Attired in phis fours, a golf enthusiast on Saturday afternoon dashed into the freezing waters near Cave Rock, Sumner, and rescued a four-year-old girl, who was being carried away by the rush of the current into the channel. The child was scrambling about the rocks when she was swept off by heavy breakers. The cries of other children attracted attention to her plight
