Leave the City on May 15 Dominion Speciai Service Napier, May 2. The two commissioners, Messrs. J. S. Barton and L. B. Campbell, to whose control since the catastrophe of February 3, 1931, Napier in a large measure owes much, will leave the city on May 15. Mr. Barton will be engaged for two or three months on the formation of the Disabled Soldiers’ Civil Re-establish-ment League. When this work is finished it is probable that Mr. Barton will return to the bench.
