Milk tokens of the present issue will on no account be accepted in full payment for milk on and. after April 20. In order to assist householders, Roundsmen have been authorised, FOR A LIMITED PERIOD ONLY, to accept in cash an extra halfpenny on each token of the summer issue submitted in payment for milk. Roundsmen are strictly forbidden to accept cash in payment for milk except under the circumstances stated above. , As an alternative to the above householders may redeem any tokens they may have at any Token Agency, or they may be exchanged for the new issue up to and including May 31. Cream may be purchased either by coupon or cash. IMPORTANT. A plentiful supply of creaih is carried on delivery carts each day. Any failure on the Roundsman’s part to supply cream either for cash or coupons, or the exact quantity of milk required, should be immediately notified to the Complaints Office (Phone 55—060) during the following hours:— Monday to Friday. 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, 8 a.m. to noon.
