Mr. J. T. Hogan to Stand Dominion Special Service Wanganui, April 14. In response to many requests from all sections of the community, Mr. J. T. Hogan has decided to contest the Wanganui Mayoralty against Mr. N. G. Armstrong, the present Mayor. Mr. Hogan is chairman of the Wanganui Harbour Board, and he was member of Parliament for Rangitikei from 1928 to 193 L
