ROYALTY AT TALKIE
The King and Queen made their first public appearance at a picture theatre when they witnessed the first screening of the British film “Good Companions” recently. The occasion was a gala matinee, and admission prices were ten guineas, five guineas, three guineas, two guineas, one guinea, and lialf a guinea. There was also a limited number of seats at 7/0 and 5/-. The proceeds went to the "Personal Sei-vice League,” of which her Majesty is patroness. ■
