One advocate strongly contends that every resident who falls to wear fancy dress during the Easter fair Should be fined. It is an alluring prospect, and the gala spirit will be abroad both night and day, because the joy of make-believe will have claimed the hearts of all. Fahey dress balls are to be held, and already the question is on many lips: “What are you goifig to wear?” Fancy dress is at all times an attraction, and there is no doubt that many ingenious costumes, both dainty and humorous, will be seen at the ball.
