FARM RELIEF PLAN
Warning to U.S. Congress Washington, March 17. The House adjourned on Friday until Monday, and postponed until some time next week consideration by the Administration of the farm relief plan now pending before its Agriculture Committee. Seven United States farm organisations joined on Friday in a statement demanding the immediate enactment of the President’s farm aid programme, and warning Congress that delay would be fatal.
