Technical College Pupils CHRISTCHURCH DECREASE By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, March IS. A remarkable decrease in the proportion of paying students at the evening classes at the Christchurch Technical College has taken place in the past few years, according to a statement by the principal at a meeting of tbe Boys’ Employment Committee. The "principal said that though the fees were very low the number of paying students was steadily diminishing. A few years ago the proportion of paying students was 70 per cent., and this year it was only 20 per cent.
