Trentham Club’s Season

The opinion that the Trentham Association Football Club had had a successful season both from a financial and material point of view, was voiced at tne annual meeting of the club, which was held in the Record Hall, Upper Hutt, on Wednesday night. The chairman, Mr. D. Clyde, presided, and apologised for the absence of the president,'Mr. A. J. McCurdy. < „„„ Reviewing the past season, the secretary, Mr. R. H. Ashford, stated that the club had reached the final in the knock-out competition, and . shared the honours with another club for the championship of the league. _ . After a general discussion it was decided to continue with the club, and the following officers were elected :—President Mr. A. 1 McCurdy; executive, Messrs. R. White. T. Brigham, R. Poole, F.' Kelly, V. Kiely. and C. MeLaughlin; treasurer, Mr. D. Clyde; hon. secretary, Mr. K. U. Ashford.
