Persian Memorandum
Geneva, Jan. 22.
A Persian memorandum to the League of Nations expresses the hope that the relations of Britain and Persia will not be impaired. It contends that the Anglo-Persian Oil Company did not invoke the law courts, for which reason Article 15 of the Covenant was Inapplicable. _____
