r j I HE majority of the principals of the x J. C. Williamson Imperial Grand Opera Company which recently toured New Zealand left Sydney by the Italian motor-ship Remo. With them are the conductor. Cavaliere Emilio Rossi, and Apollo Granforte. On leaving' the Australian shore. Signor Granforte sent a message of thanks to the people of the country which had given them such cordial and enthusiastic receptions.
