VISITORS TO THE CITY
Mr. P. J. O’Regan returned to Wellington from Invercargill yesterday morning. Mr. J. 11. Meek and Mr. A. M. Hendry, Dunedin; Mr. W. Ridd, Wanganui, are at the Royal Oak Hotel. Mr. C. E. Forrest, Sydney; Mr. G. J. Browne and Mr. B. Kissin, Auckland ; Mr. 11. S. Hickman, Melbourne; and Mr. E. Bishop, Pict on, are at the Hotel St. George. Mr. A. Cook, general secretary of the New Zealand Workers’ Union, who has been visiting Gisborne, will return to Wellington to-day. Mr. K. M. Giles, Mr. C. M. Stick, Mr. R. Allen, Mr. R. Haycroft, and Mr. R. J. Haycroft, Sydney; Mr. G. R. Hutchinson, Mr. C. Garratt, and Mr. J. B. Johnston, Auckland; Mr. J. H. de la Rue. England; Mr. L. Steele, Picton: Mr. W. Machin, Christchurch; and Mr. A. H. Allan, Dunedin, are at the Midland Hotel.
